Shipping Domestic

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods. Once payment details are approved, orders are processed from the New York area and ship via USPS or UPS. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. All buyers will receive an order receipt by email with tracking information when shipment is confirmed. Please send any additional requests or questions to info@michikoshimada.com.

Returns

We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused condition and packaging.

- REASON FOR RETURN

 The CUSTOMER ORDER (PO) NUMBER can be easily found in the subject and body of your Order and Shipment confirmation emails. Upon inspection and approval, Refund or Store Credit will be provided. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the buyer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
